The Origin
In 2024, a group of classically trained chefs posed a question that would change the landscape of American dining: What if the hot dog — that most democratic of foods — were given the same attention, respect, and artistry as the finest dishes in the world?
Not as parody. Not as novelty. But as a genuine pursuit of culinary excellence.
They sourced heritage pork from small farms in the Midwest. They partnered with artisanal butchers to develop a proprietary blend. They baked brioche buns in-house, made condiments from scratch, and presented every plate as if it were destined for the pages of a fine dining magazine.
The result was Glizzy & Glitz — and the world took notice.

Sourcing
Every ingredient is traced to its origin. Our beef comes from pasture-raised cattle, our pork from heritage breeds, our produce from local farms within 100 miles of each location. We know the name of every farmer we work with.
Craft
Our chefs bring backgrounds from Michelin-starred kitchens, applying classical technique to an unconventional canvas. Every sauce is reduced by hand. Every garnish is placed with intention. Every plate tells a story.

The Craft
Our proprietary frank begins its journey at 4 AM each morning. A blend of prime beef and heritage pork is ground to exacting specifications, seasoned with a closely guarded spice blend, and hand-encased in natural lamb casing.
The buns — airy brioche enriched with European butter and a touch of honey — are baked throughout the day to ensure peak freshness at every service. Our condiments are made from scratch: mustards stone-ground in small batches, ketchup slow-cooked from heirloom tomatoes, relishes pickled in copper pots.
